从sql数据库的数据导入Access数据库(急)

insert into openrowset('Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0','c:\a1.mdb';'admin';'',fsgdcompany) select licenceid,sno,careful ,chinsesname,ename ,utcode ,addr ,legper ,legcert,postcode,telephone ,sdunder,sdunderid,uno  ,printid,legcent ,enterprise ,licence ,oldcode,cause ,shop_card ,machining_print ,discharge  from fsgdseal..fsgdcompany where haridata>='20060104' and haridata<='20060104'在SQL和Access的数据结构是一致的,都是日期和字符串和整型.
从sql数据导入Access时,提示两种错误:
1  日期格式出错.
2  字符串有汉字时,提示截断字符串或二进制数据。
如果数据库没有日期类型和字符号串没有汉字的,数据库互导是正常.
请问大哥们,如何转换才行.

日期常使用 2006-1-1来表示看看你这些语句在sql查询器里面执行正常吗？你access表的存汉字的字段你设置的什么类型
