急：如何获得连接速度

有两个公网IP，我想获得与他们的连接速度，以求出一个较快的IP，请问如何做呢，谢谢！

调用CMD，使用PING命令，将结果输出到文本文件，然后分析文本文件进行比较。

简单点就用ping ，不然就到网上下个测速的软件来测
