ACCESS查询日期字段的问题，耶闷！！！！！

以下SQL语句为什么不行呢：
select * from PlaneSell where true  and RideDate between #2005-12-08 00:00:00# and #2005-12-08 23:59:59# order by id以下SQL语句又可以：
select * from PlaneSell where true  and RideDate between #2005-12-08# and #2005-12-08# order by id怎么回事呢？？？？？
