Delphi & Interbase 程序发布问题?

用dbpress连接Interbase的程序要在没有安装Interbase客户端的电脑上运行，
除了带上dbexpase.dll、dbexpint.dll、gds32.dll三个库以外，运行时提示：
unable to complete network request "ip"
failed to locate host machine .
undefined service gds_tcp.而用IBX连接Interbase 则需要dbexpint.dll、gds32.dll，但运行时还是一样的提示，请问除了带上相应的dll外还要做什么工作？
