我的控件包目录为C:\Program Files\Developer Express Inc\ExpressForumLibrary\Delphi 6\Sources
里边有dxfroumlibd6.dpk，编译没有问题后，在文件所在的路径加入library path后，INSTALL，提示不能加载，因为package c:\programe files\borland\delphi6\projects\Bpl\dxfroumlibD6.bpl CANN'T be installed because it is not a design time package.
