在DelpHi中怎样发送电子邮件？（急）

我这样写
ShellExecute(handle, 'open','mailto:[email protected]?subject=主题&[email protected]', Nil, nil, SW_SHOWNORMAL)
但不能发送附件
请问怎么写才能发送附件呢？
谁有更好的办法可以用？

你上面的方法是调用默认的发邮件程序，你填写了主题和抄送等内容，但是，要实现发送副件，你得自己写个程序的，不是这样就行的。

它还是不可以
