几个关于处理字符串的问题

1、如何抠出一个字符串中的数字，比如：一个字符串为‘sdfew235sad’，怎么才能变为‘23.5 sad',或者‘2.3.5.sad’
2、如何获得一句中文的汉语拼音或者头字母，比如‘今天是周末’变为‘jintianshizhoumo’或‘jtszm’

不过你讲得不太清楚啊，sdfew235sad’，怎么才能变为‘23.5 sad',或者‘2.3.5.sad’
数字后面的字母都保留？小数点怎么确定在哪个位置？
第2个就不懂啦
有把提取中文的汉语拼音的函数呢，呵呵
