Ftp 错误代码 550，如何解决呢

我试过NMFtp和IdFtp连接多个Ftp服务器,用被动模式连接国外的，可以成功上传，而国内的一家收费Ftp服务器禁用被动模式，于是改用主动模式，这样出现Ftp错误，错误代码550，说什么什么denied,
请帮忙解决一下。

1、用户/密码是对的：通过IE可以等进去
2、路径也是对的，因为传其他Ftp服务器可以成功(在传这个Ftp服务器时则说某某文件:Access is denied)
3、可以用IE登录成功后往里面成功拖入文件

我跟踪代码显示能够登录成功，但是在放入文件时出错：xx文件:Access is denied
NMFtp的Upload()和IdFtp的Put时就出错,错误代码550
