请教一个有关用WINSOCK发带附件的EMAIL的一个问题

下面一段是从邮件里截取的，请问一下在//*//中间的这段用BASE64编码的是什么数据？我知道是在带附件的时候才有的，但我不知道是什么东西通过BASE64编码后生成的，我自己用WINSOCK做了个收发EMAIL的，但带附件的话就发不出去，请教各位大大。先谢谢了！
