delphi 5.5 升级到 6.0后，编译原有程序，跳出了两个错误，
1，提示invalid variant type conversion错误
2,使用存储过程的某个输出差数为一个datetime 数据类型就出错，提示
Project bx.exe raised exception class EOleException with message '[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver]Optional feature not implemented'. Process stopped. Use Step or Run to continue.
