在DBGridEh组件使升降排序标志符（▽降序△升序）为黑色

DBGridEh组件自动显示标题行的升降排序标志符（▽降序△升序）在运行时可点击标题行做相应排序，其颜色是灰色但客户提出改为黑色，说更明显不知各为大虾能做到

先把原图标转换成BMP，然后用画图程序把它着一下色，再改回去原格式即可。

TDBGridEh allows to show special sorting bitmaps (small triangles) in the right part of title cell. In order to automatically ing title by sorting bitmaps add dghAutoSortMarking to OptionsEh property. Add dghMultiSortMarking too in order to allow sorting several columns simultaneously. Set Column.Title.TitleButton to true for titles which will have possibility to change sorters at run time. At runtime clicking on title will change sorting. Holding Ctrl key allows to  several columns simultaneously. After user change soring grid call OnSortMarkingChanged event. You can write this event to change sorting and reopen in dataset. Use SortMarkedColumns property to access to sorted columns.
