关于ping的问题,及得到ADSL动态IP的代码.

两台电脑都用ADSL 上网且都能上internet，但他们却相互ping不成功？请各位高手指点。谢谢！还有不知各位谁有用Delphi得到ADSL动态IP的代码。我用ras也不行，不知能否从网卡上得到？

我ping了一下别人的机器,也没问题呀

ping不成功的原因:
防火墙没关,winxp win2003有自带的防火墙,天网等!ping的ip不对(动态变化)
