在intraweb中如何用代码在iwform窗体中加入frame

在编程中我想动态的加入frame但是在用
pubilc
  form:TFrame;
  button:TIWButton;
下面是生成frame的代码和用button检验是否生成。  form:=TFrame.Create(WebApplication);
   button:=TIWButton.Create(WebApplication );
   button.Parent:=form;
   form.show;
