如何给非焦点的窗口发alt+a的组合键消息？

SendMessage()怎么才能发组合键？
不是我自己写的窗口，所以不能用热键；不是当前窗口所以不能用keybd_event
我搜索完了全部的CSDN文章都没找到答案，发了个帖子自己up两次不能再up了

    The WM_KEYDOWN message is posted to the window with the **keyboard focus** when a nonsystem key is pressed. A nonsystem key is a key that is pressed when the alt key is not pressed.

    楼上的话前半句不懂，另外我说了不是我自己的程序，不能用热键
