MPEGPas guide: MPEGPas is a tool for Borland Delphi 3-5-6 to create MPEG movies from Delphi applications. MPEG is the world standard for video clips, currently used for broadcast TV, DVDs, VideoCDs, and PC clips. MPEGPas has the following features: 100% MPEG compatible. With most software and hardware players available. No DLLs/OCXs. MPEGPas is a unit which is compiled into the application. No image size limits. From 1x1 to 4095x4095 pictures. All frequencies supported. From 24 to 60 hz, and low frequencies as well (0.1-12 hz). MPEG and MJPEG. I-Frames and P-Frames are supported.Usage.MPEGPas has an object oriented interface via the class TMpeg.
