rxlib的安装使用

我使用的是Delphi6.0，怎么也装不上rxlib275，请教如何安装！我的步骤：先运行rxinst.exe，再在D6里Component--->Install Component...--->into existing package页--->Unit file name里Browse刚才安装的包D:\Program Files\Borland\Delphi6\RX\Units\rxctl5.dpk--->OK--->Install--->报错了上面的步骤有错还是版本不兼容？该怎样安装，请指教，谢谢！
