windows 2003 Server平台Delphi程序不支持直接调用webservice

Question

在XP的环境下，用delphi7开发调用其他服务器Webservice时（用THTTPRIO控件），应用程序执行正常，
但将该应用程序在windows 2003 Server的操作系统执行时，出现异常，错误为“Access violation at address 00c36A05. Write of address 00c36A05"，请问是什么原因，代码上该怎么解决。
