无法打开工程？？？

当开一个工程的时候
提示：the requested file does nwt exist.you may create one of
      the following file types instead:
      1,Create a new Form
      2,Create a new Unit
      3,Create a new Textfile
               [OK][Canel][Help]
选择一个后提示:
       '1?'is not a valid identifier.新建一个工程保存后提示：
      '@'is not a valid idenrifier.怎么回事？怎么解决？
