Delphi6帮助文件的一个奇怪的问题？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？

我使用Delphi6碰到了一个奇怪的问题：
平台：Win98 SE + IE 6
Delphi6已经安装了如下的补丁或更新文件：
1.Delphi 6 Enterprise - SP1
2.Delphi 6 Enterprise - SP2
3.Delphi 6 Enterprise - HelpUpdate #1
4.Delphi 6 Enterprise - HelpUpdate #2
问题出现了：我打开帮助文件以后，索引不见了！！！！！
我听说是由于Delphi帮助文件的索引太大，超出了Win98帮助文件索引的最大值造成的，是不是由这回事，不知道那位高手可以解决！
