我打开其他的文件没有问题啊！

问题解决了。不能用'Driver=Microsoft Visual Foxpro 连接
要这样连：
Provider=MSDASQL.1;Persist Security Info=False;User ID=sa;Data Source=yztnew;Initial Catalog=C:\谢谢大家
