如何让程序运行时，不在任务栏上有显示？

Question

用TForm对象的Hide方法,然后用RXLib中的RXTrayIcon控件即可.
也可自己用API函数来实现,不过过程比较复杂,还是用控件比较好.

Windows在任务条右下角加入一个小图标，可惜该函数的详细说明未收入Delphi
