    应该是dataset.Locate(fieldstr,fieldstrarr,[lopartialkey])
    或是
    dataset.Locate(fieldstr,fieldstrarr,[locaseinsensitive])
    还有你的fieldstr ,fieldstrarr应该是string类型
    例如 dataset.Locate('capital','washington',[lopartialkey])
