文件的解码问题？

今有一WAV文件，不知道编码格式，无法解码，使用Windows Media Player播放时出现提示：Windows Media Player cannot play the file (or cannot play either the audio or video portion of the file) because the APICOM G.726 ADPCM (64) codec is not installed on your computer. 
不知道各位有没有什么好方法？

早就安装过G.726解码器了,还是没用。
