是跟口令文件建立联。
2  文件e:\dp\db\guanliyuan.cfg存放管理员的登陆口令。
reset(pwdfile)从第一个位置开始读
readln(pwdfile,pwdstr);读一行即读口令字符串。
接下来应该做判断：
if pwdstr=edit1.text then
showmessage('口令正确')
else
试验三次都不对就把计算机锁住。
但最好不要用文本文件存放口令因为只能骗外行。
