self.close出错了，为什么？

在Form中的button1click中：
  self.close; 正常退出。
在ToolBar中的ToolButton1click中 self.close;冲突。
在别的Form中，两种情况都正常。
请高手们分析一下。

第一次退出时错误为：
  Control '' has no parent window
再次进入后退出，错误为：
  raised exception class EAccessViolation with message 'Access violation at address  0001002C.Read of address FFFFFFFF.'to pathe:
  我也试过去掉self,改为Form名.错误依然。why?
