dos 首先要有能和sql 连上的协议，如TCPIP,IPX等。
若程序在Netware上的dos客户机跑，通常用IPX或namepipe协议，tcp也可以。
写程序的方法使用dblib,很古老的方式，不过速度很快。
具体例子可以看sql7附带的例子程序中的dblib部分。
自己翻译成delphi.

如果是单纯的在dos下连接sql70应该没有什么意义！如果在dos下写程序可能用delphi2可以吧！
