看api,Color有两个方法可以做得到 Color brighter() 
          Creates a new Color that is a brighter version of this Color.  Color darker() 
          Creates a new Color that is a darker version of this Color.

或者你用方法 Color.RGBtoHSB()转换成HSB模式Hue（色调）、Saturation（饱和度）和Brightness（亮度）
再用方法 Color.getHSBColor(float h, float s, float b)方法改变第三个参数就可以改变颜色的亮度，要怎么都可以。
