Oracle数据库突然无法连接的错误！！！急！！！

Question

上周五遇到数据库遇到一个问题：除sys外其它用户都不能连接上去，连接中也不报错，陷入等待，shutdowm immediate也陷入等待，最后只得重启机器，今天又重现了这个情况
以下是从alter_sgeora.log文件系统出问题时间段里的日志：Errors in file /ora_base/admin/sgeora/udump/sgeora_ora_1266172.trc:

error ora-600 means that the process dies or was killedSolution
The ora-600 [12333] error is only telling us that the client and server process communication was terminated due to some event.
This error is only affecting the session seeing the error and not the instance as a whole.
可知：
 是由于应用程序异常死掉，或者异常断开。导致client 和server 断开。只影响当前的session ， 不影响整个实例
你是什么版本的Oracle，最好写清楚一些

用sys用户尝试重启一下数据库,和数据库实例

重启实例应该可以解决，原因可能是那条SQL语句做大量的操作。僵死在哪里。

UNDO段出现了问题。
如果数据库有备份的话，就把库清空重新建一遍吧。
