JSP连接ORACLE的双机服务器,为什么很不稳定呢?

我用的 
jdbc:oracle:thin:@(DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS_LIST=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=TCP)(HOST=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx)(PORT=1521))(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=TCP)(HOST=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx)(PORT=1521))(LOAD_BALANCE=yes))(CONNECT_DATA=(SERVICE_NAME=xxx))) 不会出现java.sql.SQLException: Listener refused the connection with the following error: ORA-12505, TNS:listener does not currently know of SID given in connect descriptor The Connection descriptor used by the client was: XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:1521:SID 了 但是有时会出现javax.servlet.ServletException: Io 异常: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection 连接时,问题出现的情况几乎是1/2
