txt 导入 oracle的问题

以上是文本导入数据  不要符号      
控制文件

infile 'ddd.txt'　　　　　　         
append into table  DDST_download_comdeta　
 ( q,   terminated by "~""   (问题所在，怎么写才以~"为结尾啊 ）
