恩。是我刚才看错了。我不知道建EM时出错的原因是什么。不过你用DBCA建库，可以先不勾选EM，先把库建好再说。

昨天有朋友说oracle安装时出错。一看，跟LZ这个情况类似。其实这个错误不用管，你的oracle软件和数据库都已正常安装，不受这个错误影响，都能正常使用。
而出现这个错误，我发现是监听的问题，估计跟他安装oracle时未插网线有关，后来我重建了一次监听，再用emca新建了EM，一切正常。EM是数据库管理时需要用到，如果做数据库开发，大概也不会经常用到这个工具吧。
