请教一个SQL的问题,请大家帮忙

不过我的问题还没解决,如果我把选择出来的结果输出在一个表格里,这个表格有这样几项:Title,Message,Author,Time(这些项既包括Topic里面的也包括Reply里面的),用一个循环:
while ($row = mysql_fetch_array($SQL)) {
  echo ....;
  echo ....;
  .........;
}
应该怎么写呢?
