三个线程同时崩溃,高手帮帮我!

我用三个线程:读取ORACLE数据记录,转换ORACLE数据库记录,向挂在以太网上的PLC下发任务;
但现在一启动三个线程,同时弹出三个对话框,对话框上面显示内容均为 :This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
