About your qustion,i can give you some suggetion:
1.you have UG now,as an administrater,you can start your work from
ug->start->all application->user interface styler
you can make menu,toolbar,button,dialogbox,etc
2.TCL is the basic language you need to use,UG use .tcl directly in
large area,UG subdirectory,we have Wish.exe to learn and test .tcl
3.UG also have Nx open grip and postbuilder,we can define user function
4.you have ever use Vb,Vc,that better
Anyway,I have made UG-post for milling,wire cut for several years,
espacilly wire cut postprocess,as you know,in UG basis,it's samlpe
and cannot directly use on machine,I try and get successful to make
user poster,it's extra faster than any other CAM, I think
(Due to block by ,I could not reply your qusetion directly)
