ComboBox_department我要让它不可以输入,而只能选择

我把它的style改成csDropDownList就可以了,但是写在dbgrid_department的onCellClick事件的
combobox_department.text:=fieldbyname('department_operator').AsString;就起做用了
如果ComboBox_department的style改成csDropDown就可以了怎么我的要求达不到呢?

将这个combobox_department.text:=fieldbyname('department_operator').AsString
改为combobobox_department.itemIndex:=combobobox_department.IndexOf(fieldbyname('department_operator').AsString);
没有弄明白楼主的意思不知道对不对
