高手请进！一个奇怪的问题（关于asp.net超时时间）

Question

为公司开发了一个网站，现在已经上线了，不过发现了一个网络问题，非常奇怪，希望有碰到的大哥哥们能帮帮小弟。
公司采用的是局域网代理上网，然后进网站管理后台进行添加、编辑、删除文章的时候发现速度非常慢，经常超时。但是在网吧测试或者利用CDMA无线上网卡测试都没问题，请问大家有没有遇到过这种问题，有的话帮帮小弟，烦得要命了。
开发工具：vs2008 英文 beta版
运行在万网的服务器上
数据库是Mssql 2000

顺便提一下，公司用代理上网是完全没有问题的，速度还可以上外国网站。究竟是什么问题呢？代码问题？postback就会发生以上所述情况.....
