关于Format函数使用的问题？？？？？ 挥泪大送分

各位大侠:
      我想用format函数返回如下内容
SQL :='select * from dy  where 类型='消费' ';
运用了如下代码：xf:='消费';
 SQL := Format('select * from dy  where 类型=%s  ' , [xf]);返回的是：SQL :='select * from dy  where 类型=消费 ';   结果中'消费',没引号，不知怎样才能把引号加上？？？？？？？？？？？？？
