    我想深一层, 假若MS真的取得Borland的控制权, 并停止了jBuilder, Kylix等敌对产品的开发, 对谁最有利.
    再者, 又看看MS的C#, 把他和vc及delphi作比较, c#不是很似delphi吗? 说他不是抄自於Delphi, 我深表怀疑.所以我小以为, MS这个举动不失为个战略布署.

    如果真的收购很有可能停止了jBuilder, Kylix等敌对产品的开发！
    以减少竞争。但我觉得，真的进行收购不一定是好事，也不一定是坏事。
    即使今天收购了，也不能下定论！

    IBM现在已经收购了Rational，在CSDN的新闻里面就可以看到。而且Borland已经停止了和Rational的合作。以前在它的Borland Enterprise Studio里集成了Rose，以后不会了。Borland已经收购了CASE工具第二大企业Together。但要说M$收购Borland，深表怀疑ing……
