求两个数据库比较的sql

我有这样的一个需求:
1:我有两个数据库,数据库A,数据库B,其结构基本一样.
2:其中数据库B是从数据A中升级过来的,只是增加字段.
3:我求一个SQL将数据库A升级成数据B.

如果不考虑数据库B中已经存在的数据，可以删除数据库B，然后备份数据库A并恢复成数据库B。
